These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not, you must let us know within 24 business hours. If a re-clean is necessary, we will schedule this right away. Please note that refunds (and partial refunds) are not offered.
Temperature Matters: Please verify your thermostat is at a comfortable temperature for your cleaning technician, 70-72 degrees. We may have to adjust it while in property due to our team overheating. We must have comfortable working conditions which includes a working a/c in the property. Non compliance will result in a 50% cancellation on arrival fee.
Working Utilities: We must have running water and electricity in the home to be able to provide cleaning. Non compliance will result in a 50% cancellation on arrival fee. This fee is waived in the event of a natural disaster which the client nor cleaner has control over.
Cancellations / Reschedules
Any cancellations/reschedules within 48 business hours before your scheduled service will result in a 50% service charge. If a cleaning technician arrives at your home and cannot gain entry or is denied access, a lockout fee of 50% will be charged. Please note our current labor rate will be billed in 15min increments for any additional time needed after a service skip to allow our techs a fair compensation for their time.
Unfair solicitation
It’s sad some people want quality without paying for it and attempt to undercut our company efforts by trying to “poach” our team members. Please do not solicit our employees for side jobs or direct hire. Not only does this place our employee in an awkward situation, but it is also unfair to our company which has put in all the time, effort, and money for recruiting, hiring, and training this individual. If you decide to solicit an employee for private hire, all future services will be immediately terminated and handled by our attorney.

Services We Do Not Offer
- Shopping or Errands
- Exterior Windows or High Windows
- Heavy Lifting over 25 lbs ( Insurance Requirements)
- Cleaning of Bodily fluids, mold, toys, pet waste, or other bio-hazards (we do clean minor areas in bathrooms)
- We expect our clients to maintain and monitor their homes for bugs/pests. We reserve the right to refuse service if the home has a visible infestation and may require professional pest control services. In such an event we will consider this a cancellation and follow standard procedure of the cancellation policy of a 50% charge of services. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work, leaving a gap in our schedule
- Cleaning above 6 feet. We do not offer using a step ladder higher than 3 steps (Insurance Requirements)
- Construction cleaning, steam cleaning, carpet cleaning, patios, garages, TV/Computer screens
- Inside curios, inside china cabinets, inside stocked cabinets, inside drawers.
- Behind closed glass or solid doors on shelving units or furniture
- Heavily soiled areas
- Hard water/mineral removal
- We use company-provided cleaning supplies only
Will I have the same cleaners?
We create our schedules based on route optimization to ensure our techs are using their fuel consumption conservatively. With that said, occasionally we will send a different tech due to scheduling conflict, or if your regular tech is unavailable, sick, etc. We also rotate our techs schedules to keep their schedule fresh, as well as a healthy upbeat work environment.
Prestige Home Cleaning does reserve the right to change cleaning techs last minute in order to ensure your home is not skipped, or rescheduled due to staff being ill, or no longer working here.
But rest assured, all our techs are trained the same way, so they know it’s important that you have a CONSISTENT cleaning regardless of who is cleaning it within our company.
